Plug-in Shannon's E ("Equitability")

This function implements the plug-in Shannon's E

sample_shannon_e(input_data)

Arguments

input_data

An input type that can be processed by convert() or a phyloseq object

Value

An object of class alpha_estimate, or alpha_estimates for phyloseq objects

Examples
